The cost of a solar installation

The price of a solar system depends mainly on its capacity, the complexity of the roof and the equipment involved. Here are the factors that move the bill, without misleading figures.

What determines the price

A solar installation is made up of panels, an inverter, mounting structures, cabling and the labour needed to fit and connect everything.

The price therefore varies with installed capacity (in kWp), the type of roof covering, roof accessibility and whether a storage battery is included.

  • Number and quality of the panels
  • Type and capacity of the inverter
  • Complexity of the fitting (storey, covering, waterproofing)
  • Storage battery, if one is chosen
  • Grid connection paperwork

Why compare several quotes

Two systems of the same capacity can show different prices depending on the equipment offered, the warranties and the level of service included.

A detailed quote should state the capacity, the equipment, the warranties, the administrative steps taken care of and the schedule.

What our simulator does

The simulator applies a demo installation cost, clearly identified in the parameters. That amount gives an order of magnitude; it does not replace a quote.

A technical survey then lets us adjust the capacity, the equipment and the real price of your project.

Now check your own situation

The simulator works out an estimate from your roof and your consumption.
